Volunteering
Joining Our Team
No professional experience is required. We provide comprehensive training in active listening, mental health first aid, and boundary setting. All you need is empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help.
We ask for a minimum commitment of 2-4 hours per week for at least 3 months. Schedules are flexible, and we work with your availability.
Peer listeners complete a structured training program that covers active listening skills, crisis recognition and response, cultural sensitivity, self-care, and ethical boundaries. Ongoing supervision and support are provided.
